We strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. Due to the nature of our print-on-demand service, we regret to inform you that we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons other than product faults or defects.
In the unlikely event that your copy arrives damaged, defective, or with any printing errors, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We will gladly provide a replacement copy at no additional cost to you.
To initiate a return or report a faulty product, please contact us with your order number and a description of the issue. We may require photo evidence of the fault for our records.
Please note that any requests for returns or replacements made after the 14-day period following receipt of your order will not be eligible for consideration.
